My name is José Costa Rodrigues , a Portuguese-born entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas, USA.
I created Success Talks to share my journey and highlight the stories of amazing entrepreneurs.

Who is José Costa Rodrigues?
A 28-year-old entrepreneur living in the United States with his wife, Jessica, and Woody, their bernese mountain dog.
He studied Management at ISCTE Business School, later dropping out to launch his first startup. Later, he completed executive courses at Stanford (USA), Jiao Tong University (China), St. Gallen (Switzerland), among others. He holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Innovation from Nova SBE.
Since 2017, he has been recognized for creating and growing several successful companies, both in Portugal and the USA.

Relive (launched in 2021 Portugal, expanded to the USA in 2022)
Forall Phones became the leading and pioneering brand of refurbished technology in Portugal.
It grew to €20 million in sales, over 100 employees, and 15 physical stores before being sold in 2020.
Relive is a technology platform that supports real estate entrepreneurs.
In under two years, Relive grew its U.S. business to $4M in revenue, supporting over 100 agents.
Known as "Zé dos iPhones," he started selling used phones at the age of 16 to make some money
Aos 19 anos, arriscou e criou uma startup de venda de telemóveis recondicionados - e rapidamente chegou ao primeiro milhão de euros de faturação
Aos 22 anos, recebeu um investimento e mentoria do Bilionário Alexandre Soares dos Santos, fundador do Pingo Doce.

Em 2021 criou a Relive, uma plataforma para apoiar empreendedores do mercado imobiliário.
Em 2022, aos 26 anos, decidiu emigrar para a "terra da oportunidade", Estados Unidos da América, para expandir o negócio.
A Relive atingiu excelente resultados e angariou a confiança de investidores Nacionais e Americanos - que colocaram 1 milhão de euros na empresa, de forma a potenciar ainda mais o crescimento.
Esta parece uma história bonita...
Mas, não foi fácil...!
Os primeiros meses no Texas foram MUITO DUROS:
Sem família, sem amigos, sem conhecidos,
Sem casa, sem negócio, sem visto...
Numa cidade totalmente nova, num país totalmente diferente.
Pouco a pouco - com a ajuda dos sócios, Sérgio Ferrás e Henrique Brás, que apoiavam desde Portugal - analisou o mercado imobiliário, conversou com centenas de profissionais e encontrou uma oportunidade.
Apostou, literalmente, tudo o que tinha...
E ao fim de 6 meses conseguiu lançar o negócio nos EUA!
No ano seguinte, 2023, a Relive foi do 0 a $1.4 milhões de faturação.
Atualmente...
A Relive fatura +$400,000 por mês, é rentável e expandiu para múltiplas cidades no Texas! 🚀
Esta é a história de um empreendedor que criou uma empresa orgulhosamente Luso-Americana - a gerar valor e emprego de Portugal para o Mundo.
